First Transfer (Belt)

The first transfer process means that the toner images on the OPC belt is transferred

onto the transfer belt.

(1) Structure of the Transfer Belt (Refer to Fig.4-8.)

i)  First transfer part is located as shown in Fig.4-8.
ii)  Material of the drum is aluminum.
iii)  The belt composed of the special film is provided to the drum surface as shown

in Fig.4-17.

iv) As Transfer Belt contacts the OPC belt, it rotates synchronous with the drum.
