RE-PACKING INSTRUCTIONS 

PRECAUTION

 

When re-packing the printer before shipping, be sure to follow the steps and 
cautions below. Failure to do so will cause toner or oil spill in the printer and 
severe damage to the printer. 

 

1)  Turn off the printer power switch, 

and then unplug the printer. 

Disconnect the interface cable from 

the printer. 

 

2)  Open the front cover of the printer. 

 

3)  Pull out the all toner cartridges from 

the printer. 

 

4)  Install the orange protective cover 

to the each toner cartridge as 

shown in the illustration.
