Energy Efficiency Rating

Important Note:

The  energy  efficiency  class  of  this  product  is  defined  using  a  seasonal  efficiency  calculation  which
reduces  the  actual  net  efficiency  of  the  product  where  the  use  of  automated  heat  control,  thermostats,
window  open  sensors  and  timers  are  not  used.  This  is  not  to  be  confused  with  the  net  efficiency,  or
useful efficiency of the appliance (shown in the tables above).

This product MUST be installed by a Gas Safe Registered Installer. Full details are provided in this
