1.3 Built-In Safety Measures
Never operate machine with the protection cover removed while interlocks any
or other safety device is inoperative.
All machines are fully equipped with a variety of safety devices to protect both
the operator and the machine from unexpected danger. However, these safety
devices will function only when they are set correctly – covers can protect the
operator from possible danger only when they are set correctly and also
interlocks can only work if they are set properly.
Therefore, never operate the machine without the safety devices set correctly.
The door interlock function activates when the door is closed, never remove the
key latch from the door, if the key latch is removed the safety of the operator
will be jeopardized.
