Safety instructions
• operation in residential locations where the electrical power is provi­
ded by the public low-voltage supply system,
• operation in safety-relevant applications, unless these applications
are not expressly specified or permitted in the product documenta­
tion,
• operation without a housing which complies at least with degree of
protection IP54,
• operation with cabinet door open,
• operation without corresponding cooling,
• use of non-approved/suitable welding transformers,
• operation without permanent/with insufficient fastening,
• operation outside the technical data,
• operation or storage outside the specified environmental conditions
(e.g. air humidity),
• electrical connection does not correspond to documentation.
Bosch Rexroth AG does not assume any liability for damages caused
by inappropriate use. The risks resulting from inappropriate use are
borne by the operator/user alone.
2.4 Qualification of personnel
The present documentation is designed for specifically trained, skilled
personnel with special knowledge of the welding technology.
This group of persons must have profound knowledge of the software
and hardware components of the welding system.
WARNING
Use of unqualified personnel or non-compliance with warning
notes
Possibility of reduction of safety of persons/systems, function
disturbances/restrictions!
" Make sure that all work is carried out by properly qualified per­
sonnel only.
" Make sure that warning notes/instructions on the product or the
related documentation are observed.
Strong electromagnetic fields during the welding sequence
Possibility of function disturbances of cardiac pacemakers, metal
implants or also hearing aids!
" Make sure that persons dependent on or using devices of this kind
avoid resistance welding equipment.
" Make sure that corresponding warning signs are posted at a
proper distance from resistance welding equipment.

Project engineering, programming, start and operation as well as the
modification of program parameters is reserved to properly trained
skilled personnel! This personnel must be able to judge potential ha­
zards arising from programming, program changes and in general
from the mechanical, electrical, or electronic equipment.
