Inbetriebnahme

Abschalten der Schweißsteuerung

"

Schalten Sie die Leistungsversorgung (Netz) aus.
Die rote LED ZWISCHENKREISSPANNUNG an der Frontblende
der Steuerung erlischt.
Die Brückengleichrichter werden gesperrt und die Zwischenkreis­
spannung entlädt sich langsam.

Bei externer 24 V-Versorgung der Steuerungslogik (an X4) leuchtet
die grüne LED LOGIK weiter.

WARNUNG

Gefährliche elektrische Spannung

Herz-Rhythmusstörung, Verbrennung, Schock möglich!

Interpretieren Sie nie das Verlöschen aller LEDs am Produkt als
Spannungsfreiheit.

"

Berücksichtigen Sie, dass geräteinterne Spannungen direkt nach
dem Abschalten der Netzversorgung noch nicht auf ein ungefähr­
liches Maß abgebaut sind.

"

Berühren Sie nach dem Abschalten der Netzversorgung für
mindestens 5 Minuten weder Netz- noch Trafoanschlüsse.

"

Stellen Sie mit geeignetem Messgerät und mit geeigneter Mess­
methode stets sicher, dass der betreffende Anlagenteil und das
betreffende Gerät spannungsfrei ist, bevor daran hantiert wird.

8.1

Einstellung der Stromregelparameter für die Transformatoren
der PSI 6xxx Steuerungen

In verschiedenen Steuerungsvarianten PSI6xxx.xxx gibt es die Mög­
lichkeit die Regelparameter der Stromregelung der Schweißtrafos
anzupassen. Es gibt dafür 2 Varianten der Regelparameteränderung.
Die erste von uns empfehlenswerte Variante hat eine Regleran­
passung (siehe BOS Elektrode->Transformatoren

von -10 bis +10, womit der P-Anteil und der I-Anteil des Reglers ge­
meinsam verstellt werden.
In einigen Steuerungstypen kann der P-Anteil und der I-Anteil einzeln
eingestellt werden (siehe BOS Elektrode->Transformatoren 

An­

passung P-Anteil 

und

 Anpassung I-Anteil

).

Grundsätzlich können wir einen sicheren Betrieb des Schweißsstrom­
reglers nur mit der Standardreglereinstellung empfehlen. Die Grund-
einstellung ist so gewählt, das die Standardanwendungen für das
Stahlschweißen von 8kA bis 20kA mit typischen Schweißzangen
optimal betrieben werden können.
Bei anderen Reglereinstellungen kann es zu Stromschwingungen oder
zum Abschalten der Steuerung kommen.
Die Verstellung der Reglerparameter kann durch unseren Service er­
folgen. Andernfalls liegt die Verstellung der Reglerparameter in der
Verantwortung des Kunden.
Zur Einstellung der Regelparameter ist hier die allgemeine Funktion
und eine Anleitung zur Einstellung der Parameter beschrieben.
