Commissioning and Testing

For commissioning and testing, the following steps have to be carried out:

1. Compile program and then load it to drive

2. Start drive PLC

3. Switch both axes to operating mode (OM). Clear possibly present

errors via "Esc" key

4. Switch power on. Axes must show status "Ab"

5. Establish position data reference for both axes (e.g. set absolute

measuring)

6. Application can be started via input I_1 at CCD master

Visualizing and Diagnosing

The signals can be watched either via

•

the online display,

•

the IndraLogic trace function or

•

the oscilloscope function of the drive.
