Reset the sequence of steps

In the fifth step (step 100), the "bPickerActiv" signal and the sequence of
steps are reset. The sequence of steps has to restart.
Step 40 has been prepared for further functionality and can be included
by the corresponding changes in the program.
Step 99 has been prepared for an error reaction, but this reaction has not
been programmed in the example of application.
