With the extractor (P/N 529 035 690), remove both
needle bearings

nos. 20

and

, and seal

no. 22

together.

1. Clutch cover
2. Extractor

NOTE:

With a heat gun, heat the clutch cover near

bearings area.

Installation

Drive in lower and upper needle bearing together
using the punch (P/N 529 035 691).

Insert clutch release shaft.

Using punch (P/N 529 035 693), drive in seal.

Install clutch cover and do not forget gasket.

CAUTION:

Never pull clutch release lever back-

wards. The pressure plate bearing may come
out of pressure plate.
