9. Program Setup
Stipulatio n
We set the follo wing stipulations in order to help understand
the manual.
1.
The stipulations are only effective to this chapter (Program
Setup)
2.
The key commands connected by "-" mean that user should
press the keys in front of "-" first, and press the key afte r "-"
later. For example : "1"(c amera numbe r) - "CAM" - "OPEN"
means pressing"1" firstly, secondly "CAM", lastly "OPEN".

Turning the joystick clockwise is the same functionof pressing
WIDE on the keyboard. Turning the joy stick anti-cloc kwise is
the same function of pressing TELE on the keyboard.
4.
All the following operations are completed by keyboard #1
with display on Monitor#1.
SYSTEM MENU pro vides the control functions that can not be
done by direc t manual control operations. For a user, the
access to SYSTEM MENU is limited by its priority level.
Enter SYSTEM MENU: press SHIFT-SET keys. The SYSTEM MENU will
be displayed on Monitor #1 as Picture 9-0-1 shows. The fol-
lowing operation is applicable to SYSTEM MENU.
Joystick: to move the cursor to the desired item; move the
joystick right to enter the setting.
ENTER key: to confirm the operation or selection.
Numeric keypad: to input digits to select desired items.
Exit SYSTEM MENU: Press 0 or move the cursor to 0.EXIT and
move the joystick right to exit SYSTEM MENU.
The SYSTEM MENU has the following 9 items: SYSTEM SETUP,
TOURS SETUP, CAMERA SETUP, MONITOR SETUP, KEYBOARD SETUP,
AUTO ALARM MO DE, AUTO ALARM SETUP, AL ARM CONTROL,
SYSTEM SALVO SETUP.
Sele ct any one of 9 items from the menu as Picture 9-0-1
shows.
To select one item from the SYSTEM MENU:
1.
Move the joystick up and down to let the cursor point to the
desire d item. Mo ve the joy stick right to enter the setting or
press the item number directly to enter the setting.
2.
If there isno other item to be set, press 0 or move the joystick
up and down to let the cursor point to the 0.EXIT item and
move the joystick right to exit SYSTEM MENU.
