Assembly STEP 1 RACK
With the help of an assistant, attach the Right Upright Frame
(#05)
to one Bottom Tube
(#12)
by inserting two Carriage Bolts
(#18)
up
through the Bottom Tube
(#12)
and Right Upright Frame
(#05)
and
secure with two Nylon Nuts
(#25)
.
The Adjustable Upright Tubes
(#07)
are pre-installed on the Right
Upright Frame
(#05)
. Adjust the Adjustable Upright Tubes
(#07)
to
obtain the desired height and insert the Knob Bolt
(#26)
to secure it in
place.
Repeat this process to assemble the Left Upright Frame
(#05)
to the
Left Bottom Tube
(#12)
.
Note: Always ensure that after any adjustments are made, both sides
are even and level to prevent serious injury and even death.
Hardware Required
NOTE:
To avoid misalignment due to over-tightening, please do
not use a wrench at this time.
Hand-tightening for now will help ensure easy assembly.
Wrench-tightening should be performed after all parts are
assembled to ensure all nuts, bolts, and parts are tightly
secured before use.
