by using the Rear Cross Tube

illustrated. Beginning on the right side, insert two Hex Bolts

through two Large Washers

Frame

, securing with two Nylon Nuts

Using the diagram as a reference, insert the Right Safety Hooks

(#10)

into the holes on top of right Adjustable Upright Tubes

Secure each using one Nylon Nut

Repeat this process on the left side using Left Safety Hooks

(#11)

Repeat this process on the left side using Left Upright Frame

(#05).
