Assembly STEP 3
Attach the Main Frame (#01) to the Rear Stabilizer (#04) by
inserting two Carriage Bolts (#18) up through the Rear Stabilizer (#04)
and Main Frame (#01) and secure with two Nylon Nuts (#25) .
Attach the Main Frame (#01) to the Front Stabilizer (#09) by inserting
two Carriage Bolts (#18) up through the Front Stabilizer (#09) and
Main Frame (#01) , and secure with two Nylon Lock Nuts (#25) .
With the help of an assistant and using the drawing as a
reference, align the holes on the bottom end of the Backrest
Cushion Tubes (#08) , the small cylinder on Seat Cushion Adjustment
Tube (#02) and bracket on Main Frame (#01) . Secure them together
by using one Hex Bolt (#17) , four Washers (#21) and one Nylon Nut
(#25) by hand tightening. Attach the Backrest Cushion Adjustment
Tube (#03) to the two Backrest Cushion Tubes (#08) . Secure them
together by using one Hex Bolt (#17) , two Washers (#21) and one
Nylon Nut (#25) .Screw a Hex Bolt (#13) through the bottom of the
Seat Cushion Adjust Tube (#02) , and secure it use a Nylon Nut (#23) .
This is for safety measure. Insert Lock pin (#27) into the hole on the
Main Frame (#01) and through the hole setting on the Seat Cushion
Adjustment Tube (#02) .
