10.4 Regular Maintenance by Qualified Personnel

WARNING! Danger to life!

Incorrectly maintained or manipulated components can cause the mobile crane
to overturn! Only use manufacturer's original replacement parts. Components
that are subject to risk must be repaired exclusively by service personnel
authorized by the manufacturer!

Use an unrolled cable to measure the telescopic lengths of the main boom. The
number of cable drum revolutions provide the telescoping length. The cable drum
has been adjusted prior to device delivery by the manufacturer, and is service-
free. In the case of Incorrect repairs or manipulation attempts the mobile crane
can overturn and cause life-threatening or fatal injuries. If there is a defect
contact the manufacturer or service personnel who have been trained by the
manufacturer.

Replace damaged or non-functioning components immediately. High-pressure
cleaning can cause damage to safety-relevant components, with possible
consequential damage. Non-compliance shall void all warranty and liability of the
manufacturer.

inspections must be carried out by an authorized specialized workshop, and
documented in the inspection log.
