Installation of the DuraSweeper

®

by Bluff

1. The major assemblies will arrive strapped together on a large bundle. Carefully remove all the

bands. Be especially careful to protect the motors, brush and electric panel from damage. Bluff

recommends the individual assemblies be removed from the shipping bundle in a specific order.

See photo for details. Note - the brush assembly can be lifted safely by the lift loops provided.

2. Position the Horizontal Beam/Hoist Assembly with the hoist motor positioned as shown. Securely

support the assembly so as not to damage any component. It will need to be clamped in this

position to keep it from rotating due to the weight of the motor.
