• Verify that your user name contains only supported characters.
• Select one of the alternate user names that appear or type another user name.

The email message that you are trying to reply to or forward might be more than 30 days old. After 30 days, email messages remain on your
BlackBerry® device, but you cannot reply to or forward them.
Perform one of the following actions:
• If the email message is from an integrated email address, reply to or forward this email message from your integrated email account.
