Enterprise Server.

Description

On the Report tab, this status message appears for user accounts that were not moved to the destination BlackBerry
Enterprise Server because the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter could not validate the user accounts.

Possible solution

Use the information that appears on the Report tab to resolve the issue.
