Known issues might apply depending on the versions of the source BlackBerry
Enterprise Server and the destination BlackBerry Enterprise Server. For more

BlackBerry Enterprise Server
Express The BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter does not support the use of bulk mode when
moving user accounts from a source BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express, or to a
destination BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express.
Database server (source and
destination) The BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter supports the following database servers (32-bit
or 64-bit):
• Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Express
• Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Express SP1
• Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2
• Microsoft SQL Server 2008 SP2 or SP1
• Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express SP3
• Microsoft SQL Server 2005 SP3 or SP2
The BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter might function correctly with versions of
Microsoft SQL Server that are not listed, but the tool has not been tested with and
does not officially support other versions.
Microsoft Exchange messaging
server Any version of Microsoft Exchange that the BlackBerry Enterprise Server supports.
