Description: Sets up the current time manually.

Argument:

YYYY        :  Year  (2000-2036)         MM  :  Month  (01-12)

Description: Sets up the current time via Network Time Protocol (NTP) server. This is used to synchronize a
computer client or server’s time to another server.

Argument:

<ip>: ntp server ip address or domain name
<timezone>: time zone (GMT), range: -12 to +13

Possible value:

<timezone>: -12,-11…,0,1…,13
