9) After the cord is pulled full stroke: a. If the motor fails to start, press the Decompression Valve button again and restart the motor. b. If the
motor is operational for a while and then stops, push the Decompression Valve, set the choke valve handle to the position and restart the
motor. c. As soon as the motor starts, shortly and abruptly pull the Accelerator Lever (4). The Accelerator Full Stop button of the accelerator
lever (5) returns to its initial position and the motor is timed out. 10) If the motor is new or has been stored for a long period of time, pull the
starter cord full stroke a few times, in order to ensure that enough fuel is supplied on the supply line and in the motor combustion chamber.
11) If the device does not start, first check if the fuel level in the tank reaches the “fuel ignition level” (see fig. 7), otherwise, refuel and restart.
3. Operation (ref. Fig. 7) I
I. The disc does not work when the motor is timed out. II. When the angle grinder is ready for the actual
cutting work, gently pull the accelerator lever (3) back in order to accelerate the motor. As the speed exceeds 3700±100 rpm, the disc starts
to rotate and increase in speed. When the disc speed is increased and stabilized, you may start to slowly move the angle grinder towards the
object to be cut. After the cutting edge comes into contact with the object, slightly increase the pressure on the angle grinder, until the disc
reaches the desired depth. Finally, while grip the device tightly and move it on a straight line to complete the cut. III. In order to stop the
cutting process (when a cut is completed or when the motor runs out of fuel halfway through the work, an abnormal sound is triggered),
first lift the
disc from the cut, then release the accelerator lever, wait until the motor slows down, until it reaches the timeout speed and the disc stops
its rotation, then turn off the grinder.
4. Emergency stop (ref. Fig. 8)
In normal conditions, when the motor is timed out, the
angle grinder machine must be turned off. However, if a malfunction or an emergency occurs
during the cutting process, you may turn off the motor immediately by pressing and holding
the emergency stop button (2) at the front end of the rear handle (1).
5. Remarks concerning operation
I. When using the angle grinder, observe all the applicable instructions in this manual. II.
During the running-in phase, which lasts for approximately 8 hours, the angle grinder must not be used at high speed without a load (under
normal circumstances, do not pull the accelerator lever more than 3/4 of the lever full stroke). Observing this procedure will extend the
lifespan of the equipment. III. After the angle grinder has been operating for a certain time, let the motor time out in order to cool down.
This way, certain motor components (combustion system, carburetor, etc.) will not fail due to overheating.
