Wood pellets must be stored in dry premises, so they can be transported without problems
and also in order to achieve trouble-free operation with optimum combustion and maximum
efficiency.

1.4. BOILER DESCRIPTION
The boiler is a welded construction from steel plates and pipes. The inside space is separated
by the combustion chamber water baffle, combustion chamber and heat-exchanger, through
which the flue gasses are led to the flue pipe. Under the combustion chamber and the fuel
loading tank is situated a two-component grill, which can be easily controlled with a lever on
the boiler side. The primary air is supplied through a regulating valve on the ash cleaning and
fuel feeding door. Heating output regulation is performed either manually or automatically by
temperature regulator (TRV), which is standard supplied with the boiler, as part of its delivery
kit. Water inlet and outlet are secured with muffs 1

. The flue pipe is situated on the boiler
back. The initial firing flap is controlled from top of the boiler.
The steel made hot water boilers from series BiSolid Saver are offered in three product groups
(modifications):
BiSolid Saver W
Wood logs boiler – standard (factory) prepared with hinges for
installation of second additional door with pellet burner. When
equipped with second door and burner the boiler becomes combined –
double door.

Wood logs boiler – standard (factory) equipped with second additional
door with pellet burner – double door.

Combined boiler for wood logs and wood pellets – standard equipped
with constantly installed and applied pellet burner, which can be also
used for initial firing of the dry wood. The burner should not be
removed when the appliance operates with dry wood.
