For the Asparagus:
1 pound asparagus tips, trimmed
For the Vinaigrette:
1 tsp fresh lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

1. Fill the water reservoir with water.
2. Place the asparagus in the steam bowl.
3. Cover the steamer and set the time to 5 minutes.
4. Steam for 4-5 minutes or until the asparagus is tender.
5. Transfer the cooked asparagus to a serving plate.
6. Combine all ingredients for the vinaigrette in a bowl and stir well.
7. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the asparagus and serve.
