Releasing spring from crankcase.

Extraction of shaft from crankcase.

Complete manual kickstart shaft.

Using a pair of pliers, pull the end

of the

spring

from the hole on the crankcase and

bring it to a rest position having it turn anti-

clockwise.

Turn the shaft anti-clockwise and pull it off

together with the sleeve

, the spring

and the thrust washer

Note:

Be careful of the reference pins for

centring the inner clutch cover (par. 1.4)
