Use a piece of ½” Velcro, wrap it around the boom, then around the tail pushrod.  

Only put a small amount of tension on the pushrod with the velcro.  This velcro 

support will help to keep the pushrod from vibrating like a banjo string. 

 
 
 
 

 

 

Tuck the velcro strap up under the front of the horizontal fin.  This will help keep 

the pushrod from hitting the boom supports.
