B.

 

Cut out and secure the drilling template (item1) 
with adhesive tape on the left side of the chute 
using the marks shown (6" from the base).  
 
Mark the holes to be drilled with a center punch 
and  hammer.  Drill  holes  A  (Ø  11/32")  and  B  (Ø 
9/32"). 
 

Note: 

 

Drill  hole  A  (Ø  11/32")  only  if  there  is  no  hole 
there. 

 

 

C.

 

Assemble the lever (item 1) and the arm (item 2) 
using a hex bolt. 1/4" n.c. x 3/4" (item 3) and a 
nylon insert lock nut (item 4). 
 
 DO NOT TIGHTEN COMPLETELY so that the arm 
moves freely. 

 

 
 
 
 

D. 

Insert three hex bolts. 1/4"n.c. x 2" (item 1) in the 
Ø9 / 32" holes in the chute. Insert the three 5/16" 
flat washers (item 2) on the three bolts. 

 

 

Insert  the two spacers (item 3) on the two rear 
bolts.  Insert  the  oil  lite  bushing  (item  4)  on  the 
front bolt.  
 
Put on the assembled lever (item A) on the oil lite 
bushing (item 4).

 

 

E.

 

Insert  the  5/16"  flat  washers  (item  1)  and  the 
bracket (item 2) on the bolts.  
 
Insert the electric motor (item 3) on the bolts.  
 
Secure everything in place using three 1/4"nylon 
insert lock nuts (item 4).
