Installation of the electric motor
A. Insert the rotation bushing (item 1) at each end of
the rotation worm (item 2) until they are against
each other.
Insert the worm with these bushings into hole A of
the worm support (item 3). Insert hole B of the
electric rotation support (item 4) on the worm.
Secure the electric rotation support with two hex
bolts. 1/4" n.c. x 3/4"(item 5) and nylon insert lock
nuts (item 6).
B. Insert the electric motor with sleeve (item 7) on
the rotation worm and align hole A with hole B.
Secure the sleeve of the electric motor with a hex
bolt. 1/4" n.c. x 1 1/2" (item 8) and nylon insert
lock nut (item 9).
Then, secure the electric motor with three hex
bolts. 1 / 4" n.c. x 1 1/2" (item 10) and nylon
packing nuts (item 9).
C. Install the electric motor assembly with worm
(item 1) on the frame of the snowblower in the
location shown.
Secure in place with two hex bolts 3/8" n.c. x 1"
(item 3) and nylon insert lock nuts (item 4). Then,
install the 3/8" n.c. x 1 1/4" (item 2) with insert
lock nut (item 4) in the hole of the worm support
in line with the hole in your (this is related to
snowblower model)
Installation of the electric adjustment
of the deflector
A. Remove the two knobs (item A) from the
deflector and replace them with two 5/16" nylon
insert lock nuts (item 1). Leave the two 11/32"
nylon washers under the nuts. DO NOT TIGHTEN
COMPLETELY so that the deflector moves freely.
