Bentone

6.2 Air dampers

Switch off the main power.

Remove the guard from the hydraulic adjuster.

Note the position of the air damper and loosen the actuator locking
screw (H).

Loosen the screws (L) securing the air damper.

Set the scale to 7 and lift up.

Clean the air damper (I) and the intake. Lubricate the damper axle
bearings if necessary.

Refi t the air damper and actuator.

Install the intake grille for the air intake.

Switch on the main power supply.

10. Start burner and check/adjust combustion.

Before obtaining access to terminals,
all supply circuits must be disconnected.

When servicing/replacing components that affect combustion,
fl ue gas analysis and soot test must be carried out following installation.
