6. Service
Service and maintenance work may only be performed by qualifi ed
personnel. Perform function control of all safety systems and components
at each service. Only Enertech original parts should be used when replacing
components.
6.1 Combustion device
1. Switch off the main power.
2. Loosen the nuts (H) and pull out the fan housing on the guides from the
burner fl ange.
3. Remove the brake plate from the oil pipe and clean.
4. Unscrew the nozzles and fi t new ones.
5. Fit the brake plate and check the ignition electrodes (see Technical
data). If necessary, replace the ignition electrodes.
6. Fit fan housing and burner fl ange, lock with the nuts (G).
7. Open the boiler/hinged fl ange to access the fl ame tube.
8. Remove and clean the fl ame tube.
9. Fit the fl ame tube, make sure you mount the drainage hole (not found
on all burner pipes) facing downwards so that any spilled oil can drain
out.
10. Close the boiler/hinged fl ange, refi t the Euro plugs and switch on the
main power supply.
11. Start burner and check/adjust combustion.

Before obtaining access to terminals,
all supply circuits must be disconnected.
! NB: When soiled,
always replace
nozzles with new
nozzles. Do not
clean.

Use caution when operating the burner.
Surfaces may be hot!
!
When servicing/replacing components that affect combustion,
fl ue gas analysis and soot test must be carried out following installation.
