Note: Extremely important:
1) Always turn off the power when you have the unit repaired or serviced.
2)When sending the unit for service, make sure the measuring probes are always in a
storage liquid when sending. If the probes are left dry for 3 to 4 hours, this may affect
subsequent measurements and result in erroneous readings.
Maintenance of the peristaltic pump.
The pump pipe has reached the end of its service life after 500/600 operating hours
(chemical compatibility) and must be replaced annually.
The inlet and outlet pipe hoses should be replaced every two years.
The nozzles should be descaled and flushed every two years. Lime can block the supply or
return. We recommend using chlorine with anti-scaling (ZWCX1232).
The pumps should always be higher than the supplied fluids.
Use proper, prescribed products for pump tubing and santoprene tubing

○ Never mix acid and liquid chlorine.
○ Keep the installation and c
hemicals out of the reach of children. Always wear safety gloves
and safety glasses when working on the installation.
○ Switch off the power supply
○ NEVER make any adjustments inside the dispensing equipment.
○ If you are not familiar with the pool filter system and dosing equipment:
- read the entire installation and operating instructions before using the dosing equipment;
- never modify anything without consulting your supplier, professional pool contractor.
