4.0 Using Adobe Acrobat with the

TWAIN Driver

This section contains the standard procedures for setting the parameters for the way in which documents
are scanned using Adobe Acrobat with the TWAIN driver.

To select the TWAIN driver:

1. Open Adobe Acrobat.

2. Select

Create PDF

from the

File

menu, and then select

From Scanner

The Create PDF from Scanner window appears.

For information on the properties in this window refer to

3. Click

Kofax Software VRS-TWAIN

from the

Scanner

drop-down list, and then click the

Scan

button. Proceed to the next section
