Telephone
Making a call

Dial the desired number.

Lift the handset.
If you want to dial with the handset replaced
press l .
If you enter a wrong digit before dialling, de-
lete it by using
C
.
The R key allows you to use various services
offered by the telephone service provider (call
waiting, toggling calls, etc.). Contact your tele-
phone service provider for more information.
Redial

you can redial the last fi ve numbers you
have dialled previously.

, until the desired number appears
on the display. If you want to edit the number

and make the desired changes.

Lift the handset.

you can delete the
numbers you do not need any more from the

Short dial

There are short dialling keys available, which you
can use to store numbers you dial frequently.
Storing numbers

for two seconds.

Choose a number between 0 and 9 .

Use the alphanumeric dial pad to enter a
name. After pressing

the cursor moves
one position to the right. Press
OK
.

Enter the telephone number you wish to store
and con fi rm with

.
Using short dial

. The stored name or telephone
number appears on the display. In order to

Correcting entries

lect the entry you want to correct.

Press n for two seconds. Select wrong

tion point will be deleted.

Deleting entries

9 . The stored name or telephone number

delete entry.

Telephone book

The memory in your fax machine can store about
50 names and numbers (machines without answe-
ring machines) or about 200 names and number
(machines with answering machines). The precise
number depends on the lengths of the entries.
