Maintenance

Hub LED Light Replacement

11) Carefully feed the wire connections through the End Plate Holes and into the Hub Assembly.

12) Red Loctite 271 to the End Plate Fasteners and Anti-

Seize™ to the Hub Cap Fasteners.

13) Secure the LED Wires to the End Plate with the plastic Clamps.

14) Apply Anti-

Seize™ to the Hub Cap Fasteners and reassemble the Hub Cap back onto the Hub

Assembly.

Apply Anti-

Seize™ to the

fasteners and reattach the Hub
Cap to the Hub Assembly.

Step 14:

Secure the LED
Wires to the End
Plate with the
Clamps.

Step 13:

Apply Red Loctite 271 to
the End Plate Fasteners.

Step 12:

Carefully feed the
four Wires through
the End Plate Holes
into the Hub.
