The faucet leaks water.
Check if the seals are damaged, replace seals if
necessary.
Too high a filling speed.
Water pressure too high (install a pressure reducer on
site).
The water flows away during the
bathing process.
a) Check water plug and if necessary readjust the screw
of the water plug.
b) Check the seal for soiling and damages.
The bathing water does not flow
away.

Disinfection does not work.
a) Check the injector.
b) Check the disinfection storage tank.
c) Check the hose of the disinfectant.
The air spa system is not working. a) Check if the mains voltage is present.

a) The air spa system has been used for over 15 minutes.
Let the air spa system cool down .
b) Overheating due to too high an ambient temperature.

The sound system is not working.
a) Check whether the USB-stick is correctly inserted.
The USB-stick might be defect. Insert a new USB-stick.
The colour light therapy is not
working.
a) Main board defect. Inform the after-sales service.

The lifting bath tub produces unusual
noises.

When your lifting bath tub does not function properly and you cannot eliminate the
error by means of the remedies listed in paragraph 12 please contact the after-sales
services of your dealer either the manufacturer.
