I dette tilfælde sker der en alarmafbrydelse af kedlen. Genopstart kan først
ske efter at årsagen til alarmen er fjernet. Derefter trykkes der 2 sekunder
på knap (2).

Denne sikkerhedsindretning må ikke sættes ud af funktion.

• Røggastermostat
Denne indretning befinder sig i røgaftrækket inden for kedlen og afbryder
gasforsyningen til brænderen, hvis temperaturen overstiger 90

°

C. Efter at

fejlen er korrigeret, trykkes der på genindkoblingsknappen på selve
termostaten.

Denne sikkerhedsindretning må ikke sættes ud af funktion.

• Flammedetektor
Detektoren, der er anbragt på den højre side af brænderen, registrerer hvis
gasforsyningen udebliver eller hvis der opstår fejl ved tænding af
hovedbrænderen.
I dette tilfælde sker der en alarmafbrydelse af kedlen, og i displayet ser
man den blinkende melding [01]. For genoptagelse af normal drift trykkes
knap (3).

• Differenstrykventil
Differenstrykventilen, der er monteret i vandkredsløbet, sørger for, at
tænding af brænderen kun er mulig, hvis pumpen leverer en tilstrækkelig
løftehøjde. Derved beskyttes røggas/vand varmeveksleren, hvis der skulle
opstå vandmangel, eller hvis pumpen blokerer.

• Efterløb af pumpen
Pumpen har et efterløb på 3 minutter. Når kedlen er i drift bliver efterløbet
efter slukning af brænderen aktiveret af rumtermostaten. Efter afsluttet
varmtvandsproduktion reduceres pumpens efterløb til 1 minut.

• Frostbeskyttelse af varmekredsløbet
Den elektroniske styring af kedlen har en frostbeskyttelsesfunktion, der
er aktiveret, når kedlen er i drift. Synker fremløbstemperaturen i anlægget
ned til under 5

°

C, sættes brænderen i drift, indtil temperaturen har nået

30

°

C i fremløbet.

Denne funktion er aktiveret, når kedlen forsynes med strøm, omskifteren
(11) ikke befinder sig i position (0), gasforsyningen fungerer og anlæggets
tryk svarer til det krævede tryk.

• Frostbeskyttelse af varmtvandskredsløbet
Den elektroniske styring af kedlen har også en frostbeskyttelsesfunktion
for varmtvandskredsløbet. Synker temperaturen til en værdi ned under
5

°

C, sættes brænderen i drift, indtil der er opnået en temperatur på 7

°

C.

Denne funktion er aktiveret når:
- Kedlen forsynes med strøm og
- der ikke foreligger en fejlmelding.

• Steriliseringsfunktion
En gang om ugen bliver vandet i varmtvandsbeholderen opvarmet til 65
C. Denne funktion aktiveres også hver gang el-forsyningen til kedlen
tændes.

• Blokeringsbeskyttelse af pumpen
Hvis varmesystemet i løbet af 24 timer ikke aftager varme, bliver pumpen
automatisk sat i drift i et minut. Denne funktion er aktiveret, såfremt kedlen
forsynes med strøm, og såfremt omskifteren (11) ikke befinder sig i postion (0).

• Blokeringsbeskyttelse af 3-vejs-ventil
Hvis varmesystemet i løbet af 24 timer ikke aftager varme, gennemfører
3-vejs-ventilen en fuldstændig omstilling af varmesiden og tilbage til
beholderen.

• Sikkerhedsventil
Denne sikkerhedsindretning er indstillet på 2,5 bar og er ansvarlig for
varmekredsløbet.

Flue gas thermostat
This device is located in the flue outlet within the boiler and interrupts the
gas supply to the burner if the temperature exceeds 90

• Flame detector
The detector, which is placed on the right-hand side of the burner, registers
if there is no gas supply or if an error occurs during lighting of the main
burner.
In this case, there is an emergency cut-out of the boiler, and the display
shows the flashing message [01]. To restart normal operation, press button
(3).

• Differential pressure valve
The differential pressure valve, which is fitted in the water circuit, ensures
that the burner can only light if the pump is delivering sufficient head.
This protects the flue gas / water heat-exchanger, in the event of a lack of
water, or if the pump is blocked.

• After-running of the pump
The pump continues to run for 3 minutes. When the boiler is operating,
the pump continues to run after the burner has been turned off by the
room thermostat.  At the end of hot-water production, the after-running of
the pump is reduced to 1 minute.

• Frost protection for the heating circuit
The electronic management of the boiler includes a frost protection
function, which is activated when the boiler is operating. If the flow tem-
perature in the appliance falls below 5

°

C, the burner starts up until the

temperature has reached 30

°

C in the flow.

This function is activated when the electricity supply to the boiler is on,
the selector switch (11) is not in position (0), the gas supply is on and the
appliance pressure conforms to the required pressure.

• Frost protection for the hot-water circuit
The electronic management of the boiler also includes a frost protection
function for the hot-water circuit. If the temperature falls to a value below
5

°

C, the burner starts up until the temperature has reached 7

°

C.

This function is activated when:
- the electricity supply to the boiler is on and
- there is no error message.

• Sterilisation function
Once a week the water in the hot-water cylinder is heated to 65

°

C. This

function is also activated each time the electricity supply to the boiler is
switched on.

• Protection against blocking of the pump
If the heating system does not take off any heat over a period of 24 hours,
the pump will automatically switch on for a minute. This function is
activated if the electricity to the boiler is on, and also provided that the
selector switch (11) is not in position (0).

• Protection against blocking of the 3-way valve
If the heating system does not take off any heat over a period of 24 hours,
the 3-way valve switches over completely from the heating side and back
to the cylinder.

• Safety valve
This safety device is set to 2.5 bar and is responsible for the heating circuit.
