In case of setting values for the individual levels with the device in
STOP
mode, after
pressing key

„Start/Stop“
(
fig. 8, page 62
) the device starts cooking with the
following values: set preparation type, ventilation, etc. (with appropriate automatic pre-
heating, when set). The user must activate the timer or the core control by pressing
symbol
for required level. When the level is active, symbol
is red.
It is possible to activate all levels by pressing key
S13
(
fig. 27, page 71
).
When
RACK CONTROL
mode with the device in
START
mode is used and the value of
timer or core is set, the appropriate control will be activated after selection of set value.

After reaching the preset core temperature
or after the preset time for the given level
END
appears on the display and the
acoustic signal is emitted. It is now only
required to open the device door, remove
appropriate tray and close the door.
Appropriate level is automatically zeroed.
Hint:
When the level is ready,
END
appears for the appropriate one. The
device
does not switch
to
STOP
mode
but continues operation according to the
settings.

Caution:
In
RACK CONTROL
mode there is no possibility of saving the values for the
individual levels. However in case of accidental leaving the mode they may be recalled
(without changes of preparation values) by pressing key
