When the switch is in the middle position, 
it indicates medium setting of steam 
hydration. 

 

The quality of steam supplied to the 
device chamber may be adjusted with use 
of keys 

„+“

 and 

„-“

, depending on 

required cooking method. 

 

Sign 

„-“

 indicates dry steam, suitable for 

baking, fish or leaf vegetables. 

 

Sign 

„+“

 indicates moist steam, suitable for aggressive cooking of food products with 

especially hard fibres: e.g. potatoes or carrot.

 

The 

Steam-Tuner 

control does not change the humidity level in the device chamber 

and it remains at 100%.

Depending on selected mode the display activates appropriate rectangle of temperature 
selection. In 

Core mode

 the cooking time depends on temperature read by the core: when 

the temperature in the device chamber and temperature measured by the core are 
selected, the cooking/baking function will be turned off when the temperature measured by 
the core reaches the preset value.
