Note: If you can not install transducer, you
may need to relieve pressure by pumping
the brake pedal or opening the Brake
Needle Valve (NV) (be sure to close Brake
Needle Valve, if used).
Start machine.
Pump brake pedal until circuit is charging (or
use Brake Needle Valve (NV) to release
pressure)
Record brake pressure max. Pressure should
be 2800 PSI (193.1 bar)
Install pressure transducer or 5000 PSI gauge
on GB port.
Loosen jam nut on the Brake Sequence
Valve.
Note: To use Brake Needle Valve (NV) to
release pressure, loosen jam nut and turn
screw counter clockwise until pressure
drops. Re-tighten Brake Needle Valve by
turning screw clockwise until it bottoms
out and tighten jam nut.
Verify brake pressure max.

pressure)
IAdjust Brake Squence Valve pressure to 2800
PSI (193.1 bar).
Tighten jam nut on the Brake Sequence Valve
(SQ).
Record brake pressure max. Pressure should
be 2800 PSI (193.1 bar)
Pump brake pedal until circuit is charging (or
use Brake Needle Valve (NV) to release
pressure)
Verify brake pressure max.
Note: If 2800 PSI (193.1 bar) has been
achieved, move onto step 13 if not repeat
steps 6-12.
Turn machine off.
Pump brake pedal or open Brake Needle Valve
(NV) to relieve brake circuit pressure.
Remove pressure transducer.
1.2 Brake Pressure Setting Procedure (Brake Pressure Reducing Valve):

Start machine.
Adjust Brake Pressure Reducing Valve to
3000 PSI (206.9 bar).
Run engine at half throttle (1550 RPM).
Turn on Control Power.
Bottom out tilt function and hold.
Install pressure transducer or 5000 PSI gauge
on GB port.
Note:
If you can not install transducer, you

Needle Valve (NV) (be sure to close Brake
Needle Valve, if used).
Loosen jam nut on the Brake Pressure
Reducing Valve (Pr1).
Note: If 3000 PSI (206.9 bar) has been
achieved, move onto step 12 if not repeat
steps 6-11.
Tighten jam nut on the Brake Pressure
Reducing Valve.
Release tilt function.
Bottom out tilt function and hold.
Verify brake pressure.
Return engine to an idle.
Turn machine off.
Pump brake pedal or open Brake Needle
Valve (NV) to relieve brake circuit pressure.
Remove pressure transducer.
