2.2 Comissioning and checking.
After doing all the connection operations, check the arrival of tensión to
the machine. Turn the “main switch” to ON position and activate the pusher
“activated controls” placed at the control board.

Check if the motors turn in the correct sense.
2.3 Workpiece adjustments
2.3.1.- Adjustment of the transport wheels and the tools.
The transport wheels can be adjusted manually with the hexagonal
lever, a fix key or wrench, at the end of the wheel shaft, as shown in
the drawing. This is adjusted to the width of the workpiece.
The function of the tools is to maintain the workpiece completely
guided and fixed all along the wrapping machine, specially during
the wrapping operation. These tools consists of some free running
rubber wheels, position adjustable, that has to be placed on the
outline of the workpiece as per the instructions described as
follows:
1.- Place the “Main switch” in the “ON” position.
2.- Push the push-button “Activated control” .
3.- Place the push-button “Conveyor forward” .
4.- Adjust the speeds to a slow value with the regulation buttons
“Conveyor Speed” .
5.- Push the push-button “conveyor stop” .
6.- Place a workpiece at the infeed of the wrapping machine,
aligned with it and centred with the transport wheels.
