1. Remove the filter as per instructions in point
4.2.1 .
2. Being helped by a thin bar M12, remove the bushing (
35 ).
3. Remove the toric joints (
c ) .
4. Remove the assembly for glue open-close (32):
5. Lose the cover (
33 ) and remove the shaft ( 34 ).
6. Remove the joints of the slot nozzle (
a ) and the washer ( b ).
7. Being helped by a thin bar M14, remove the open-close valve (36) and (37).
8. Clean the removed pieces and its places with solvent.
9. The joints (
a ) must ALWAYS be changed when you remove the shaft. If it is
not done there will be risk of glue leaks and joint (36) damages.
10. Once all the different elements are clean, proceed to assemble them
following the prior steps in inverse order.
2.4.1.8.TROUBLESHOOTING.

No glue is coming out :

The glue comes out in irregular manner or is not coming out in some places:
CHANGE THE JOINTS ONLY IN CASE OF PROBLEM
Check the turning of the pump and that the glue pass cylinder is open.
If the pump turns, stop it, take out the hose from the slot nozzle and check if glue is
coming out. Check if the filter is not obstructed. If glue is coming out, place the hose
again and pump glue. If the glue is not fluid check and clean the melting unit.
While the head is hot in working temperature, clean the slot (13) where the gauges
are shifted using a sheet of gauge of 0,4 mm, shifting it softly, taking care not to
damage the gauges nor the slot. If this happens you could expect glue leaks or marks
in the application. Afterwards please scan with the gauges shifting them along the
minimum with of 12,5 mm and the maximum width.
