NOZZLE HEAD
The machine has a nozzle head for glue application on the foil.
The head has two electrovalves: one for the opening and glue feeding and the
other for the approach, so that the nozzle approaches to the foil.
At the moment that the electrovalve for the nozzle opening is set on, the control
sends automatically a signal to the premelter so that the pump starts and sends
glue. With the grammage control system, the speed of the premelter pump is
regulated.
With a selection button I-O-II, placed in the control panel, two working modes
can be selected:

MANUAL. Only for maintenance works. Only the head opening electrovalve
is set on.

AUTOMATIC. It is the working mode. When workpieces start to enter in the
machine, and if the foil is prepared, the control approaches the head to the
nozzle and the pump is set on, that will apply glue on the foil for the
wrapping process.
There is a safety photoelectric cell placed nearby the nozzle head. This cell
detects the presence of foil. If, during the AUTOMATIC working mode, one of
this does not detect the foil, the nozzle closes immediately and it moves back
and it stops to apply glue.
The tactile buttons and associates images for the nozzle head handling are the
following:
1. Close the popped up screen.

ON / OFF selection foil brake security.

Approach.: Counter to approach the nozzle. This counter is for the
adjustment of the moment that the nozzle approach starts, from the
moment that profiles come into the machine.

Disapproach: C Counter for the nozzle to move back. This counter is for
the adjustment of the moment that the nozzle goes back to its initial
position, from the moment that the last profile gets into the machine.
