Moreover, the lamps have a preheating function. This function consists of the
start-up of the lamps with the push-button
LAMPS MANUAL . Once this button
is pushed, if the lamps are activated, these will start-up and stop automatically
after two seconds. Bear in mind that if, during those two seconds, a workpiece
would be introduced in the machine, the preheating function would be cancelled
and the lamps would stop due to the encoder impulse counter.
The start and stop of the conveyor motor is done through push-buttons ON /
OFF placed in the control panel.

Close the popped up screen.

OFF / ON lamps selector.

Number of impulses counted by the machine until the lamps stop,
once they have started and when the photoelectric cell at the
entry of the machine does not get any signal any more. This field
can be modified.
LEISTERS
The leisters functioning selection is done through a popping up screen.
o that the leisters are automatically activated, some requests have to be
accomplished:

Detection of the photoelectric cell at the entry, or if this is not
installed, driving of the limit switch of the profile.

Touch button for the selection of the working of the leisters in ON ,
by connecting this way the functioning of the leisters.

Conveyor of the machine functioning.
The leisters will stop once the number of impulses of the stop counter reaches
the introduced value on the screen. This counter is activated when the
photoelectric cell is not detected anymore, or if this is not present, when the
limits switch stops.
