Description
WARNING: IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.
For people's safety, it is important to follow these instructions.
Please keep this manual.
The card AS05530 works as interface between the control unit that operates the rising bollard and the electronic cards
inside the top of the same rising bollard.
SIGNALLING LIGHTS MANAGEMENT
Connecting the WARNING LIGHT coming from the control unit between the M3 and M5 inputs, the led signalling lights on
the rising bollard top will be enabled, in a modality that is synchronized and complementary to the WARNING LIGHT
signal.
The lights will flash slowly during the lowering and fast during the rising of the bollard, they will be turned on fixed when the
cylinder is completely out of the casing and off when the cylinder is completely lowered.
OBSTACLE DETECTION DEVICE MANAGEMENT
The GBD rising bollard is equipped with a device that blocks the rising of the cylinder if an obstacle is on the top of the
bollard itself.
For the management of the device it is necessary to connect the outputs M4 and M6 to the PHOTO input of the control
unit.
When an obstacle goes on the top of the bollard, were it inside the casing or were it coming out of it, the sensors on the top
of the bollard will detect the obstacle and will enable the PHOTO output, which will send the due signal to the control unit.
