Structure bit header (PLC → BVS ID)
BVS ID responds to 0-1 transitions of the individual command bits . The bits should be set until the
corresponding acknowledgment arrives.
Bit number Name Function description
0 Job Indicates a job is present
1 Trigger Triggers camera image aquisition.
2 Reset Error Resets the lachted error bits. While the Reset Error bit is set, newly occuring
errors are buffered until the bit is reset to ensure evidence that the reset was
processed properly.
When the
Reset Error bit is reset, the buffered errors are sent.
6 TI I ndicates either the the next input data chunk is ready or the sps is ready for
the next output data chunk.
When a handshake starts (with the Job bit set to 1), the TI bit must be set to 0. Otherwise, BVS ID will not
accept the command and answer with NOK Error .
Structure protocol byte 0 (PLC → BVS ID) Commands
The PLC writes command codes in byte 2 of the output buffer. The following codes are allowed:

Please note the double bit string. In the last byte of the buffer, the same control bits have to be set.
