5P. WHEEL REPLACEMENT
Removing flat Tyre:
• Using a flat head screw driver, pry off the axle nut cap.
• Loosen the wheel mounting bolts by 2-3 turns.
• Engage the jack properly at correct jacking point (at front & rear sides). There are 2 notches at front & rear
underneath the doors. Jack holding point should be in between both these notches.
• Rotate the jack screw in clockwise direction using wheel spanner to lift the vehicle till flat tyre is free from ground.
• Remove wheel-mounting nuts and take out flat tyre.
• Mount spare wheel onto wheel hub position and align the holes in the wheel with studs on the hub
• Tighten nuts fully as much as you can by hand.
• Lower the jack completely then tighten the wheel bolts one by one using wheel spanner. Follow Diagonal pattern
for tightening the wheel nuts.
• Fit the wheel cover back restore Tools/ tool bag, jack & spare wheel at its location & tighten properly.
