3. Set the smulator to 32.0 °F (0 °C); then use the

set the dsplayed value to match the smulator’s value.
4. Set the smulator to 212.0 °F (100 °C); then use the

tons to adjust the dsplayed value to match smulator’s value.
5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 as necessary untl the unt s readng correctly
at both temperatures.
6. Press
eNTeR
to store these calbraton values and move to the next
calbraton screen, or hold down
eNTeR
for 2 seconds to store these
calbraton values and enter the Run Mode, or press the
I/O
button
to ext the Calbraton Mode and turn OFF the analyzer wthout
savng the changes.
7. Remove thermocouple smulator from analyzer.
5.4 Stack Thermocouple Calibration
(Model 110/120/125)
Material Required:
Thermocouple Smulator
Procedure:
1. Attach the thermocouple smulator to the Stack Thermocouple con-
nector on the analyzer (T-STACK, see Fgure 3-2).
2. Enter the Calbraton Mode as descrbed n Secton 5.1. Then re-
peatedly press the
eNTeR
button untl “STACK” appears at the top
of the dsplay.
3. Set the smulator to 32 °F (0 °C); then use the
and
buttons to
set the dsplayed value to match the smulator’s value.
4. Set the smulator to 572 °F (300 °C); then use the
and
buttons
to adjust the dsplayed value to match smulator’s value.
5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 as necessary untl the unt s readng correctly
at both temperatures.
