If requested by B9Creations Support, select up to five problem prints and press the “Generate and Send to
USB” button. The prints and the printer log file will be transferred to the USB.
Files can then be sent to B9Creations Support for troubleshooting purposes.
9.8 Deleting Prints
9.8.1 Pressing on the file name for two seconds will display a menu icon to delete one or more
print objects.
9.8.2 Pressing on the print picture in the right pane will display delete menu icons.
Pressing
Delete
will delete the print job.
Pressing
Information
will direct the operator to a window
detailing valuable information about the print object. See the
example - “Sample Print 530” information window.
Pressing anywhere else in the right pane field of the
Library
page
will hide the
Delete
and
Information
menu icons.
