Cleaning agents for heavily soiled stainless-steel surfaces:
Commercially available stainless steel cleaning agents, e.g.
B.PRO POLISH
Surfaces made of stainless steel must be kept clean, dry and open to the
air at all times.
Synthetic surfaces
Caution!
Material damage!
Stainless steel cleaning and scouring agents scratch the surface. The
following cleaning agents or cleaning agents with the following ingredients will
also damage the surface:
– Ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol or higher alcohols
– Acetone
– Cleaning benzene
– Turpentine
– Acetic ester
Do not use stainless steel cleaning or scouring agents.
Never use cleaning agents containing solvents.
The following cleaning agents may be used:
Commercial cleaning agents in aqueous solution
Soft cleaning cloth
B.PRO microfibre cleaning cloth (use with water only)
Natural stone top surface
Unit model with natural stone top surface

Draining water from the bain-
marie wells
All bain-marie wells are connected to a common drain in the installation
compartment. Water no longer required can be drained off via the drain
valve in the installation compartment.
Collection container (e.g. Gastronorm container or bucket) with a
capacity of at least 4 litres available for each bain-marie well
Caution!
Hot water!
When wet loading, hot water is present in the bain-marie well. When the hot
water is drained, danger of scalding is present.
Allow water to cool down before draining off or wear suitable protective
clothing (e.g. protective gloves).
