MANHATTAN Heated Servery Counter

– 25 –

Switching off heating



Switch off the "Bain-marie well heater" On/Off switch of the desired bain-
marie well.
The operation indicator LED of the "Heating of bain-marie well" On/Off
switch goes out.

Switching heating for

compartments on or off and

setting setpoint-temperature

Unit model with heated compartments

Switching on heating



While heating, the "Compartment heating" operation indicator LED
shows whether the compartments are currently switched on.



The two compartments are always heated together.



Unit connected to a socket outlet



Set the rotary knob for the compartments to the desired level.
The setpoint temperature is set.
