8. Save Run Setup Settings:

• Save any changes to the protocol by selecting the SAVE

icon. This will save all changes

made to the protocol, enabling the user to repeat the same experiment at a later time.

9. Run Experiment:

• To run the experiment, simply select the RUN button

once a prepared plate has been

added to the instrument.

activated. The run time elapsed and remaining

can be monitored using the status box near

the bottom of the run screen. The green meter

indicates how much of the run has been

completed and even provides a percentage

above the status bar. Time remaining is

also provided.
