• Once the Advanced Settings menu appears, select which channel to adjust,
and enter a value in msec (from 5–500). Once a value has been entered, click on
DONE. Be sure to complete the change by clicking the MODIFY button to retain
the new exposure setting or CANCEL to abort it.

• The switch button turns BLUE when the camera is ON and GRAY when the camera
is OFF.
• The camera at a particular step is active if the icon display is DARK GRAY.
Example:
In the image below, the camera is activated at STEP 3 during amplification,
and again during the melt curve.
